Foushee Earns Pitcher of the Week Honors


Andrew Foushee was rewarded for his stellar effort against the Webster Yankees this past week by being named the NYCBL Western Divisional Pitcher of the Week for the Period of June 28- July 3.

Foushee hurled a four hitter and struck out nine Yankee Batters en-route to his third win of the season. The complete game was the first of the season for Elmira and second shut out by Foushee.

Foushee currently ranks in the top five in five different statistical categories. He is third among NYCBL Pitchers with a 1.41 ERA, fifth in Batting Avg., first in Innings Pitched, first in Strikeouts and batters Struck-out looking.
