Jeffrey Kunion - President
Has more than 20 years experience in minor league baseball. He started his baseball career in the 1980's working for the New York Mets. He spent a year as part owner of the New Haven Ravens (a Class "AA" affiliate of the Colorado Rockies) before moving to independent baseball. He subsequently owned two teams in the Northeast League(the Mohawk Valley Landsharks and the Newburgh Nighthawks), he was Northeast League President in 1995 and 1996 and was responsible for awarding a franchise to Elmira that began play in 1997. He worked with the Pioneers for six years as a Consultant and Director of Baseball Operations before being hired by the North Shore Spirit for the 2004 season. He currently works with the Florence Freedom (frontier League) as their Director of Player Personnel.

Patrick McKernan - Executive Vice President & General Manager
Has more than 25 years experience in minor league baseball and sports management. He served as General Manager for the Pioneers (northeast League) in 2002 and 2003. Previous to working with the Pioneers he spent 19 seasons with the Albuquerque Dukes, the Class "AAA" affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, working his way up from intern to Assistant General Manager.
